      <image:caption>Ingredients 1 cup raw almonds (soaked overnight in cool water) / 5 cups filtered water / 1 pinch sea salt / vanilla powder (optional) / sweetener of choice (optional) Instructions Add soaked almonds, water, salt, and any optional add-ins to a high speed blender. Blend till creamy and smooth (2 minutes). Strain in a bowl using a thin clean dish towel. Pour over the almond milk, carefully gather the corners, and lift up. Then squeeze until all of the liquid is extracted. Use the pulp adding it at a granola mix or over baked potatoes. Transfer milk to a jar or covered bottle and refrigerate (up to 4-5 days). Shake well before drinking/warming up.</image:caption>

Take the fillo dough out the refrigerator 5 minutes before open the package. Cut the soy (or seitan) wurstel into small pieces (1-2 cm). Roll out the dough and cut it vertically into 6 stripes. The cut it orizzontally in 3 so that you get 18 small square/recatngulars. Place 1 piece of wurstel on 1 square/rectangule and wrap it. Continue with the others. Bake at 200C for about 15 minutes.       <image:caption>Ingredients for 2 1 big onion / 1 clove garlic / 3 potatoes, chopped in cubes / 10 green beans, chopped in 3 / 1 package of vegan speck / 2 red bell peppers, chopped in cubes / 300 ml tomatoes sauce (passata) / Smoked paprika / Black pepper / ½ glass red wine Instructions Have all of your vegetables chopped and ready to go before beginning, as the cooking process is fairly quick. Fry the onion, bell peppers, garlic, and vegan speck to a large pot over medium heat with a bit of oil.  Add potatoes, green beans, hot water (or veggies broth) to cover and cook for about 15 minutes until the veggies are tender and all the water is gone.  Add the wine and let it evaporate.  Add the tomato sauce, 1 glass of water, paprika, pepper, salt (if needed) and cook about 5 minutes to obtain a creamy consistency.  Serve immediately either as is or over rice.</image:caption>

Mix well with a spoon. In another bowl put the milk, the oil and the lemon juice. Slowly add this mixture to the flour, constantly stirring with hand whisks in one direction until you have an homogeneous mixture. Then add the lemon zest, stir on more time and put the mixture into a single baking pans (from where your guests can eat directly). Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for about 20-30mins (try with a toothpick: if it comes out dry, the cake is ready). Let it cool completely before serving. Decorate as you like.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Ingredients for 40 dumplings 250 gr. all purpose flour / 100 ml just boiled water / Potato starch/ corn starch (for dusting) / 1 chard / 1 onion / 1 carrot / 1 garlic clove / 1 tbsp soy sauce / Sunflower oil Instructions In a bowl put the flour, add the just boiled water with a pinch of salt, stirring and using your hand to form the dough into a ball (add a little water if you need it) and knead it for 5 min. Cut the dough in half and shape each half into a long log of about 2 cm diameter, then wrap them with plastic wrap and let rest for 30 min. In the meanwhile prepare the filling. Chop onion, garlic and carrot into very small pieces and let them brown in a pan with sunflower oil. Then add the chopped chard, soy sauce and a glass of hot water and let it cook until soft (about 20 min). Set aside and let it cool completely before filling the wrappers (otherwise it will break the wrappers). Sprinkle potato/corn starch on the work surface and the rolling pin. Unwrap the dough and cut each log crosswise into about 12 pieces. Roll each piece into a small ball, then press it onto the work surface, flatten it and use the rolling pin to roll it out (don’t flatten the edge). Fill in each wrapper with the cooked chard and close the wrapper. Cook a few of them at the time with the bamboo steamer or a regular metal steamer, for about 15 mins.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Transgender women are welcome. A word on this matter. Circles are inherently inclusive and exclusive at the same time. I chose to host women's circles to focus on exploring what it means to have been born into a female body, and all the conditioning that goes with that. A woman's body is anatomically composed for bringing new life into the world and for nurturing it, and that symbolism is ever-present, even if we do not literally give birth by choice or other circumstances. Our bodies are not just our individual domain. They have their own mysterious intelligence, holding memories of the younger selves we once were and connecting us with our parents, our ancestors, and the natural world of which they are made of. We might change our body, surgically or otherwise, but we can't discount it altogether because it's our body that has determined the upbringings we have had and shaped our lives.</image:caption>
